Welcome to Nashriders.com (hereinafter, “Nashriders,” “the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website and the services, features, content, applications, and products offered by Nashriders (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

Nashriders.com provides a platform for motorcycle enthusiasts which may include, but is not limited to, informational articles, community forums, route and product reviews, the ability to share user-generated content, an online store for the purchase of motorcycle-related products, and event registration.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: To access certain features of the Services, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Nashriders immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services in our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content that you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available via the Services (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your UGC or that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license to use your UGC as described in these Terms.
- License to Nashriders: By submitting UGC, you grant Nashriders a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with the Services and Nashriders’ (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post UGC that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, profane, contains or depicts nudity, contains or depicts sexual activity, or is otherwise inappropriate as determined by us in our sole discretion; (ii) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party; (iii) constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as “spamming”); (iv) involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; (v) impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.
- Monitoring and Removal: We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, refuse, remove, or edit UGC in our sole discretion and at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as permitted by these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nashriders. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Nashriders shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
NASHRIDERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO ROUTES, MOTORCYCLE SAFETY, OR SIMILAR TOPICS IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. MOTORCYCLING IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND FOR EVALUATING THE SUITABILITY AND SAFETY OF ANY ROUTE OR ADVICE. NASHRIDERS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NASHRIDERS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nashriders and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Services, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User-Generated Content posted on the Services.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
